Radiation Avoidance Advice

How to Avoid Radiation Exposure and Why

Thank you for reading my newsletter. Today I am sending out a list
of safety tips on how to keep our ever present gadgets from
harming us. I am concerned because you guys might be calling me
on a cell or cordless phone and our consultation might cost you in
terms of your health, even as it brings information you so very much
need.
Below you will find the phone number to order your air headset from
Mercola. I have found them to be prompt and reliable. It runs about
$30.00. It has my personal endorsement.
I have included two links about radiation hazards. They are
accurate and informative. However, I do not necessarily endorse
any devices to protect against radiation. The only thing that I have
found that works is to use the air headset. All other devices seem to
work less well, for me anyway. I am open to input and feedback from
you, my friends.
My Guides were trying to get my attention about this issue. It took
me several times to see this information to get the message. I did
not like the idea of behavioral changes to avoid radiation. I liked the
convenience of answering and talking anywhere. However, in 2005 I
developed some strange symptoms. I had a cooked feeling and
really got stupid for a while that year. By stupid I mean I couldn't
think and I felt zapped all the time. My eyesight was strange and I
felt headaches through my eyes. My ears developed a kind of
discharge that got worse and worse when I started to do a lot of
readings on my new cellphones.
I took action at that time to begin to avoid exposure. I have been
recently reminded of the dangers again. I have been getting sloppy
and answering the phone by putting it up to my head with no
protection. The symptoms from two years ago return pretty rapidly if
I let down my protocol of radiation avoidance. Here is a letter I sent
to a friend:
Hi Jim,
Here is the number to order the headset for your mom. I am
surprised that you are not getting one for yourself as well. The
amount of time you spend answering the phone is enough to justify
going to the trouble of using the headset.
Notice that I did not say going to the trouble of buying it. It is easy to
buy the set, harder to remember to use it to answer the phone. You
need to understand how radiation can harm you in the first place.
It is at the time of ringing that lots of radiation gets into our bodies.
During the answering of the phone, the tower is sending out the
most power. Putting the phone up to your head to answer is a bad
habit, cause it is spiking power to your head! Especially in a car!
Learning to answer the phone with the headset will truly protect
you. If you still want to put the phone to your head when it is
sending out the most radiation, it is your choice. I fumble and miss
calls, but my head stays cool and my mind stays sharp. Before I
made these changes I was hurting pretty bad. I was getting
headaches through my eyes. Horrible stuff. My ears weep earwax
and some kind of clear liquid. At least they did until I started
learning not to answer the phone directly. I stopped the ear goo
problem by changing to the new radiation protocol I developed.
1. No answering directly, only with the air headset on.
2. No using the phone in the car unless an emergency. No
answering in the car without a car top antenna, which collects the
radiation outside the car and keeps me safe from it.
3. No speaker phones in the car. (Jim trust me on this, the car
makes the tower have to boost the signal, and the radiation doses
inside a car are literally sickening!)
The issue is are you or she ready to change a behavior or habit of
how you answer the phone? Are you willing to explain these things
to your mom, so she can really be safe? A false sense of safety
kept me using another device for a full two years* until I realized I
had been dosing myself hardcore. The set can help a lot don't get
me wrong but I want you to know how to make the best use of it.
With loving concern, Sincerely, Lily
* The thing I was using is called a ferrous bead, and Mercola sells
them too. Please get a couple to use with the air headsets. I found
that the air headset alone was getting radiation up the cord to my
jaw area. I noticed pains in my jaw after a few weeks, although my
head had improved. When I put the bead on the headset wire near
the plug, I began to receive what I consider optimal protection. The
bead alone is not sufficient!
I look forward to hearing from you , my clients and friends. Please
direct your letters to Lily@AstroLily.com
Sincerely, Lily
Update, 4-2-2008: The headset now includes a built in ferrous bead
in the design. Even more reason to get one. L.S.
Ordering your headset:
You may purchase any product directly from Mercola.com by
calling: (877) 985-2695. Their website is

In addition to getting a headset and using it, it is important to be
informed of the spread and danger of radiation. See this article for
details of our new information society. This article is not big on
solutions, but it details the situation very well. The solution is to stop
exposure, not revert to the dark ages when we were tethered to the
phone line. I thought this article was a good read.

They have information and devices, I am not able to endorse these
products but their site has lots of informative articles about radiation
avoidance.
